Take note of the following guidelines when preparing and handling food
- Individual plate - a medium sized plate that can accommodate individual
- Rice bowl - bowl that can be used to hold soup or rice.
- Spice bowl - a small dish used to hold dips of soy sauce or spices
- Soup spoon - a nonmetallic spoon shaped like a dipper and used for taking soup.
- Chopsticks - bamboo, wood or ivory sticks used for picking food.
- Tea cup - small porcelain cup for tea servings at the end of the meal.
- Tissue paper - paper that can be used for cleaning.
